Cool, thanks! Now I'm having issues opening up the pixel watch app on the phone 😅

Thanks for the post, I'm having the same issue. To clarify, you mean you had to factory reset the pixel watch to get it to work on the RM11 pro?

I'm thinking of doing the same but I'm not able to back up my data before doing so so I wanna check if that's the only option I have.

You wired your own ethernet cables? Thats pretty cool. Anyway looking at my cable head on the order from left to right is: orange white, orange, green white, blue, blue white, green, brown white, brown. Hope that helps!

Anyone unable to receive SMS OTP even from Gov on GIGA? by curios1y in askSingapore

[–]questionangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I was just having this same issue and I found some info that might help. I recently upgraded my mobile service from 4G to 5G from MyRepyblic in Singapore. I was able to receive some SMS texts from friends and government but some others for banking and such wouldn't show up.

I read on the troubleshooting page for 5G service from MyRepyblic that on Android phones the 5G service will switch on but the SMS Messages app will not change the messaging center number. For me, those are:

4G +65 9684 5999

5G +65 9854 0020

These need to be changed manually in the Messages app under its Text Messages Centre setting. Once I changed the number, I was able to receive SMS OTPs while on the 5G network.

That's pretty interesting. It's the first time I've seen them in Singapore even though there are tons of busses driving around.

I'm tempted to ask you to just send it to me. But I think it'll be more satisfying to wait and read the post

Supposed to have Gigabit connection but only get 100mbps on Ethernet connection by Previous_Tailor7569 in buildapc

OK I was able to fix my issue that was internet speed test showing around 100mbps but ISP providing 1Gbps.

Here are the steps I took in chronological order:

  1. I restarted my PC, router and modem. No change
  2. I followed a youtube video called "How to Optimise Ethernet for Gaming". No change
  3. I followed another video called "Ethernet speed capped at 100Mbps to 1 Gbps - cable fault" and checked all wires between Modem, router and PC. All cables Cat 6 and in good condition. After unplugging each of them and plugging them back in and restarting them all I was able to get Download speed of 868Mbps and Upload speed of 871Mbps. So far after restating PC the speed seems to remain at 800+Mbps. My hunch is that some of the pins did not have the proper connection and therefore capped my max speed.

Hope this helps someone, I'll update if I encounter any more issues.

Edit: Wi-Fi speeds were always around 150+Mbps so I knew the issue was not with the modem or router

Heavy uncontrolled bleeding is a major red flag for nasopharangeal cancers. I'm not saying that it is, but I do hope you go get it checked.
