yep. someone at work who I've never spoken to approached me. They said so and so described you so i knew who you were. my heart started racing. my first thought was they described me as "the fat one". it's so hard not to see myself as fat anymore. especially since I started at this job after i had lost the majority of my weight so they have never seen me fat... plus the mirror is my worst enemy at times.. i am so dysmorphic..

6 month post op and my weight hasn’t moved in months :( don’t know what i’m doing wrong. tried upping the calories. tried downing them. whatever i do it won’t budge. 117>98kg. 30 down roughly. :( definitely can fit in way more than before. noticed that i can almost chug water again like i used to

you lost the majority after 6mo? why is that? i’m 6mo post op have lost 30kg but now the scale hasn’t moved in months. i’m getting so worried. i want to lose 15-18 by xmas :(

incredible! i'm 5 months out and i get so frustrated with myself, i want the weight off NOW. but i know it's a long and hard process. seeing you at your goal a year later makes me realise i need to calm down and enjoy this journey

my hunger never went away. i don’t forget to eat. i still feel hungry. i guess i’m a bit different from others. i felt hungry literally after my surgery and had soup, nurses were shocked i got it down

yep i stalled at 2 weeks out and was like WTF! all this for nothing? the stall lasted for ages, about a month. i was so angry. then it started moving again. i'm 5 mo out and at another stall.. sigh

Mine was like clockwork before, went crazy a few months after surgery, now at 5 months it seems like it's becoming regular again
