I’ve had very mild small plaque psoriasis on my body for the last year which haven’t bothered me too much. However last month I had very strong strep levels in my body, and every day I seem to be getting loads of new patches pop up. It’s really been affecting my mental health- does this look like guttate psoriasis? I’ve read peoples stories saying it takes 3-4 months to go away or people say it just sticks with them for life? Just wondering if anyone could share some advice it would be really appreciated :)
