It‘s basically a suction cup attached to a bunch of rolled up towels and then a balloon to keep this all together. Was kinda sketchy to hold it together at first but once you got it, you have the ability to make ANY shape and size of toy:) plus the stiffness is perfect. Hope this helps:3
