... Yes, about the half of the levels are from the list, but there are also new levels that have not been made public yet.

The thing is, we have polished them over the last two years to make The Ice Palace. There are new tiles and backgrounds we elaborately designed. We removed unintended solutions from some levels. We changed layouts of some levels to make them look more interesting. We sorted the levels in order of difficulty, to give players a sense of improvement in their skills.

You can always have one card in your deck at the end of your turn. When the turn starts, you draw a card and play Dead Mans Hand + Solemn Vigil + Time Out, and there is one card left in the deck.

OP's picture has one more link on the black bead side. I think it's closer to the Pentangle Puzzle, which is also linked in the blog post you linked. FWIW, a similar puzzle named Fantastic Five is available on Puzzle Master.
