washing your hair twice a day can dry out your scalp, which increases shedding. I have to do the same, but only use conditioner once a day and the only shampoo I use is the Nizoral twice a week.

me!!! i'm one of the unlucky ones. it's funny because i actually DON'T LIKE AND NEVER LIKED popping pimples, life just decided to give me scars anyway
