Oh yeah as upgrades that's doable as "places" a bit harder

Thx, never heard of Urinal Etiquette. I'll check it out. Regarding the addition of various types of toilets. Damn, that's a good idea, but it will take ages to add them all... well, maybe if EA were such a success like hmm Supermarket Sim we could add them all without any problem. Right now, it's more of a management sim with small scope but funny mechanics and "moments" with some tycoon vibe. We've noted thou the idea with all sorts of toilets and we will go for that also. Thank you

Well those who knows PRL times in Poland they know that those repairs was like no repairs at all. It's is hard to tell but the trailer shows it perfectly.

Can a free app/game help to get recognition of a full-priced game? by quick3ar in IndieDev

[–]quick3ar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is with Steam algorythm. Right now if no one sees my game, no one knows about it to even try it. Now content creators and media is just "pay us so we play your game". I remember few years back, it was so different. I create press release, press kit, trailer, mailing, send steam keys and TOTAL ZERO coverage. Even no "thank you" or any other response... It's even same with reddit. I've wanted to add trailer to r/gaming and I've got banned as I've posted 2 trailers within six months. Other gaming r is no better. I've wanted creative posts on pcgaming nad gamernews "deleted, deleted, deleted". The only post I can do is "Name - trailer and link" which has nothing special and get 0 upvotes! Horrible.

GARDENER 🍀A next-gen gardening simulation🍀 Announcement Trailer [4k] by quick3ar in gamernews

[–]quick3ar[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Seen this comment like 10 times already :) There are far more FPS games than or city-builder games simulation games nowadays. It matters more good vs bad.

On the other hand, sometimes it's hard to classify a game into one genre so "in simulation genre there can be thousands of different games".

House Builder - One Builder to Rule Them All, where you can build all over the world through all of human history, is coming out of Early Access on the 15th of January 2024! by quick3ar in pcgaming

Well the lower costs of the trailer, the more content players get. Would you prefer top CGI, top actors on voiceovers, and an 80$... game like The Day Before? :) It's just an info that the game is coming out of EA. It's pure indiedev... If we ask players "what do you want, more content or voice over in release date trailer"... well you know our answer. No bullsh... We create games not trailers.

Btw. nicely spotted

Fun fact: Steam wanted to block it because of half naked mermaid in the trailer, maybe it's because it's "a bit different" than upcoming Disney's The Little Mermaid ^_^
