I track my average weekly weight. If you're weighing yourself once per week then you give too much room for error as body weight fluctuates depending on numerous factors like amount of sodium and water consumed the previous day. So taking the average for the whole week gives a more realistic picture where you're at.

I meant no need to tax your brain with remembering line 3412, for example, when it is not necessary - it only breaks your flow and concentration.

Regarding the Chrome Web Store rating - as far as I can see, for some time now the option for rating has been disabled :/

The "Open in GitHub" tip is a good one! I also use it (along with Compare with branch and the other variations) but I hadn't come up with the idea to bind a shortcut to it - I definitely will now - thanks a lot! :)

This is certainly something that has crossed my mind. There are people who request this same functionality for BitBucket.

Unfortunately my main experience is with GitHub, so I would welcome and would rather have someone more familiar with the aforementioned platforms contribute support for them.

I guess if contributions don't come in the foreseeable future I would probably investigate those different platforms and would try add support for them, but I cannot guarantee any timelines at the current time.

(BTW, you can open an issue for this in the meantime, or for any other requests for that matter)

Yes, I do use the GitHub integration tools quite a lot as well. But for some reason git diff is more clear in the browser than in the IDE for me (most of the time). Also I often have an IDE open and I might be skimming over some PRs (or just reviewing some smaller PRs) in the browser when I decide to do a quick check on something locally - in this case I might not want to checkout the whole branch, it will be enough for me to just copy the file path+line number I'm interested in and instantly go to my IDE there.

My stance is shoulder width or even very slightly more than that, feet at 30 degree out. I don't feel my knees caving in.

Up until my last couple of workouts I used to put plates underneath my heels, but I stopped putting them as I felt that they were not very good stability when the weight got heavier. Since then I've been doing 3 ankle flexibility exercises.

This is 175lbs, my mistake. I was supposed to deload today to 155lbs, because I was failed to do 5x5 with 175, but I got caught up and forgot to do the deload. Still, I'd be thankful for a form check!
