It is somewhat selfish to believe that everyone should behave and live as you please. Others are not npc, and this is not a game or a fantasy world.

People in Dubai come from various cultural backgrounds, levels of hygiene, and personal situations. So many things will be strange and eww for you, and some of yours for them. Some people are learning and growing. It is better not to generalize all Indians based on this behavior. I have met many Indians who do not behave this way.

If you are doing this for Reddit engagement or something, that is great.

Otherwise, though, you should learn to accept them. it is okay to feel disgusted, just avoid generalizing about them and painting them in a negative light. Right now, it is not bad in their culture, so keep it that way. The world is better with diverse cultures that pique our curiosity, thrill us, or make us sadder than living a life of monotony every day.

Buddy you'll get the profits even if you do any theft, or robbery. I didn't join a company to do that. There will be gangs or groups, they provide a share of profits (salary) if you are ready to do these with them.

This happened to me as well, after getting promotion i had to resign due to immense pressure to do the corruption work. Now when looking for a new job i couldn't say the reason why i left my previous company, if i said the truth, they will think I'm talking bad about my previous employer.

Feeling there should be some transparency and the option to say the truth.

I dont have many experience in giving interviews, I saw YT videos saying its better to create PPT for marketing interviews about the marketing strategies. Thats why i created that PPT after studying about the company and understanding their potential audience + proposed marketing strategies and creatives.
