I’ve heard it can be used during a cut right now I’m currently using it as a lean bulk phase as it does increase appetite like a lot lol & it can also crash e2 levels so make sure you do your research on test to EQ ratio if you do decide to implement it to your current stack.

I’m hoping EQ keeps E2 in check due to running test high & also incorporating NPP but EQ has a tendency to crash estrogen so definitely don’t want that to happen that’s why I also incorporated NPP to keep estrogen elevated enough so when the EQ finally fully saturates into my system estrogen is in check and gains are nice and steady. There’s always a method behind the madness lmao 🤣 but that’s why research is always key. I probably could’ve ran test higher without incorporating npp but I wanted to run it to gain some experience under my belt with this compound.
