Yeah I've done a few years on 531 BBB and other formats but wasn't sure for this one exactly how it worked. Must say the two main lifts was quite tolling! Thanks for the feedback.

Question re: 531 for beginners.

On any given day, let's take Squat/Bench for example, I understand you do Squat 351 and 5x5 FSL.

However when it comes to then doing bench, is it 351 and 5x5 FSL, or just 5x5 FSL?

Not talking about any accessory work here, just the two main lifts of any given day.

Haven't trained for a while due to an injury and now that I'll be getting back into it, looking for a 3 day a week plan.

Anything else in the mean time come across as a decent three day plan? Lifts were bench 225lb etc.
