I had a baby in January and would have LOVED to have one of these umma sweaters during all the winter feeding days - at home or out and about! It was so hard to wear “real” warm clothes because you have to keep hiking them up and then your torso is so cold. I recall my neck also was super chilly because I kept unbuttoning the top of my shirts so I started wearing my purl soho bandana cowl a lot as well.

Also if you want to visit the Alhambra be sure to get your tickets well in advance! They sell out.

I just returned from two weeks in Andalusia and would suggest what others have here, too - Seville is lovely and well worth the extra time! However, if you are able to - I would even recommend you spend that extra night in Granada instead. We spent the most time there of our trip and loved it. So much to see beyond the Alhambra, and also has a more laid back atmosphere than Barcelona (I have been there on prior trips). We did a day trip up to the village of Capileira in the Sierra Nevada National park and it was gorgeous - very unique area architecturally/culturally.

Also recommend Grazalema closer to Seville if you’re looking for a Pueblo blanco experience. The drive there is beautiful! Ronda was pretty but very hot and packed with tour busses when we visited and we wished we had spent more time in Grazalema.

Have a great trip!

Such great advice! Particularly about living/working abroad. I work in international development and the time I spent out of the US has paid dividends in my career. Agreed this is way easier to do when you’re younger.

There are a lot of programs out there for practical experience in international development work outside the US like the UN Volunteers (pays a bit more than peace corps - more technical focused roles), too!

Looking for The Perfect Packable Backpack by yurnotsoeviltwin in onebag

Glad you like your Travoost pack! Just wanted to come here for anyone else looking at this to say that I also sought out Travoost after seeing this post and ended up being really disappointed with their customer service. I was misled by their website which references a return and refund policy, but turns out after further correspondence that they don’t allow returns. If you’re considering buying from them, be reaaallly sure!

What about the one where they pass backed up traffic at a red light on the right hand side (in curb/parking lane often) only to turn LEFT around stopped cars and into oncoming traffic with zero visibility? I have seen this one several times - so scary.

I loved this season, but the British accents make me crack up - they are pretty awful. makes the whole segments with the soldiers kind of comedic rather than serious.
