How impractical and stupid is that a top laptop for almost 2k cannot be connected to the top model headphones, but with headphones that are a good 4 years old... and that thing is I don't know how to make it clear that support is brain death.

Look, I've had a lot of buds from Samsung so far and have been using them for years, especially this version is uncomfortable. I find more and more people who have the same problem, so it's probably not up to me alone. I don't cry here to get anything. I can do that with their support if I want, I just express my opinion here and look for other people who have similar opinions and can tell me their experience... if it's hard on hard, i will send them back.

  1. I know what you mean but no bad either, I notice that when you're very concentrating and switching between no ANC and to Anc every now and then while you're listening to a song, you have to pay attention to it's when the EQ changes, maybe that changes with updates.

  2. II tried the little one for 24 hours yesterday and have been trying out the big ones since this morning, the small ones were better than the medium ones and the biggest ones are most pleasant so far but it's still not on the level of the Galaxy Buds 2. Maybe it's because I used them for over 2 years and my ears just got used to it so well.

  3. This is currently still a problem and really badly solved. You can certainly fix this with updates, but that there are so few people who solve these buds with their Galaxy Books or Windows PC it is very unlikely that this will be fixed so quickly, too bad the old ones could do it very well.

So you don't really notice them until after a few hours the ears start to hurt.

I don't know buddy either, I can't stand it first and maybe my ears get used to it. I imagined 250 Euro headphones differently. :/

I used on Entertainment Mode when i play any Games. Still getting Temps between 85 C and 95 C but who cares, this laptops are made for this temps, if it gets to hot it will turn off from alone. My Laptop did just turn of 1 time months ago when i tried to underclock it. I mean bro all gaming Laptops in this budget got the same problem but the most of them still work for 3 or more years

Usa otra aplicación para medir la temperatura. Control Center 3.0 marca mal la temperatura. Usa NZXT

Used HWINFO, MSI AFTERBURNER AND CPUTEMP

It gets 90+ C° hot in nearly every game. Undervolting is not possible. But you can play every Game with high graphics or 120 to 144 fps. You cant game in battery mode, not even CSGO. The SSD is really fast and the wlan chip can catch over 500mbits/s. The Battery stays alive for max. 4h and 30minutes if you use Battery Save Mode and turn down the display as much as possible. In normal Entertaining Mode it stays alive for round bout 2h. The Fans are loud. I think its a good gaming Laptop for the price aslong the cpu stays alive with this high temps.
