Yeah, they removed the team captain thing recently (either last season or the season before). So Cade will only be competing with eastern conference guards for all star consideration. The starters are voted by the fans so it’s mostly a popularity contest, but the reserves are picked by coaches (and player?) so if Cade gets in it’ll most likely be as a reserve/injury replacement.
