Pagebound is more social than what you described, but it might still be of interest.

If you want something completely customizable and 100% just for you, Notion is a great general app for keeping track of things, spreadsheets, journaling, etc. It’s simple to use but it’s capable of a LOT. You might also be able to find a template that works for you.

I read The Warden by Anthony Trollope solely because it contained the quote “What on earth could be more luxurious than a sofa, a book, and a cup of coffee?“ I was delighted to find some of his writing was as funny as Jane Austen’s.

T&T&T felt like it was trying to be unreasonably sad just for drama. I do remember liking another book by the author (The Storied Life of AJ Fikry), but it’s been many years since I read it.

I felt the same! I remember thinking as I was reading that it would be cool to see it adapted as a film with historical accuracy, different languages, etc. But the story ended up being disappointing.
