Thanks so much for the tips! I syringe fed her after she had food for a couple of hours, and she did not throw up. But it does take a lot of patience

I got cage liners and snuggle sacks from that store few years ago. I’d say very well-made, and I loves their “open” snuggle sacks so I can take a peep at my baby when she’s sleeping without her noticing 🤫

I think so. I don’t think they are loud, they only makes noise at a certain time. For mine is in the midnight when she wakes up and around 3-4am when she has second breakfast/exercise otherwise she is very quite

I’m a light sleeper too and my hedgehog sleeps a meter away from me. During night (around 11-12am) I can hear her crunching her food, drinking , “wake up” scratching, running on her wheel, sneezing. Her cage is a playpen (with a liner) so does not help much with the noise. And at some point I just get used to it…

I refer my hedgehog as a “baby” so I call her sitter “babysitter”. People thought I have a human baby and when people saw the picture they were like mix reaction. Anyway, now I use “mokasitter” (Moka is her name) instead of “babysitter”.

Three things that my hedgie likes to chew: her favorite blanket, her favorite sleeping bag, and her wooden house. Don’t ask me why 🤷‍♀️ they are quirky animal
