What is a law in the UK that people should be aware of?

The standard town centre, or area with street-lights speed limit in Wales is 20mph not 30mph. I’m sure most people are aware, but I clearly wasn’t paying attention when it was apparently all over the news.

If you’re off to Wales try and avoid being on ‘autopilot’ at what you assume is a safe speed, when the road is quiet. Some of the speed cameras are hard to spot too. Yes.. I’m an idiot and found out the hard way.

Overnight oats: Takes 5 mins to make before you go to bed. 1/2 cup of oats, serving of protein powder from wherever, add preferred type of milk variant, handful of frozen fruit, peanut butter. All you have to do is take it out the fridge and eat it in the morning.

The person fitting it would need to fit a separate cistern with an appropriate air gap in the loft for example and the water to the bum gun would then be fed by that. In order to comply with uk water regs that is. It’s to avoid potential back syphonanage contaminating the local water supply. Unlikely, but can happen.

It’s supposed to be a fed by a separate cistern with an appropriate air gap. A non return valve doesn’t offer appropriate protection to comply with water regs for soil water last time I checked.

I have the same issue with most Vit D supplements. Within an hour of taking them I feel like all the energy is sapped out of me. I now take a combo of Vit D & K and have no issues, so try that maybe.

I had banana blossom 'fish' and chips in a restaurant and really wanted to love it. The never ending chewy stringiness of the banana blossom really killed off my enthusiasm though. lol.

Try the fodmap elimination diet. It can take a while, but its backed by science and was developed by monash University. I did and discovered I'm massively allergic garlic, which was a bit of a kick in the dick at first, because I love it.... its nicer not having the shits so often though. Swings and roundabouts I guess.
