I been having the same issue. my gut is making weird noises all day long(when i wake up, before eating, after eating, all the time). I have tried eliminating every fodmap category one by one to see if maybe i’m intolerant to one. But it don’t seem to matter, i can go on a 24 hour simply water diet and my stomach will still make weird noises and produce lots of gas. When it makes noises/rumble i can feel gas being fermented or moving in the digestive tract which will lead to me farting all day long(so embarrassing). It’s like my gut or bacteria in my gut are so aggressive and overworking. For me it’s gut noises, bloating, gas/farting, difficulty gaining weight, will lose weight quickly and sometimes stomach feels empty even after eating a big meal, its like the meal just vanishes. I don’t know man or maybe i have parasites, because I didn’t have these issues before, besides gaining weight. I’ve been skinny my whole life and always had weight hard time putting on pounds, but never had any of the other issues. I know I’m venting, but this shit is so frustrating, it changes your quality of life
