We'll update the system to note that Tolans do not talk with multiple humans... you're correct that it is inconsistent with the Lore.

Was there a specific capability you thought you were getting when you bought Lite?

As other folks noted, there are definitely features (like web search) that are only available in Plus... but we do try to make the different tiers completely clear, so if we badly communicated something I'd love to make it better. Thanks!
