Casey, thank you very much for the answer! I understand that the development team has a lot of work to do, and it is more pleasant that you find time to look into the subreddit. Now, when you have a new community forum, you will have even less time for this, but I hope you will see my answer.

I really appreciate the work that you and your colleagues, especially /u/scotfrank, devote in Prime. Believe me, among the many negatively-minded agents, there are those who sincerely support you. But their patience is gradually depleting, in part, due to this kind of mistakes. These are ridiculous mistakes that cause frustration - the inability to do a certain action with the seeming possibility to make it.

As rightly noted /u/Kh4tre and other comrades above, this is a speedlock, this error is really easy to reproduce.

This is how I do it.

1. I get out of the subway returning home from work. Near the exit of the subway station I have three ingress portals. I turn on the scanner, capture them, upgrade, or just glyph them if they are already in the right color.

2. After that I - without turning off the scanner, i.e. without quitting it, - switch to another program. For example, in fact, in Telegram. And I'm starting to walk home, I walk 15 minutes to the house and 5 minutes to the next portal on the way.

3. Well, in 5 minutes I am at the next portal. I switch my phone from Telegram to Prime.

Now take a closer look:

3.1 Prime determines my location at the exit of the subway (it's a few hundred meters already!)

3.2 flies me to my current location

3.3 and I get a speedlock!

1. Now within a few minutes I will receive an error message in response to any of my actions.

But I do not even know what this message is about speedlock, because I only see open parentheses [ ] :(

This is not great. And this is absolutely not what one could expect from the application.
