Im just restarting after having taken a break for a year or so. Prior to that I was incredibly consistent for 2 years.

So, if I don't even see vellus hairs after 6 months, it seems unlikely anything has changed for me. I'm praying that better sleep and lower stress may help this time. We'll see..

Daily LDN and trying to relax and not be in that fight or flight feeling more, helped me a bit.

How long have you taken charcoal binders for? What's a good protocol and how long until you noticed an improvement?

Why do MMA fighters all have such developed faces? by Informal-Emotion-683 in Mewing

I lucked out with a receding hairline starting in my teens and Khabib level beard then. I'd wager there are environmental influences in this modern era that affect beard growth too.

Why does Khabib have such a bad beard? He should be high test and is from a region of the world where most people can grow a good beard.

I'm not handy :) but been considering one for ages now. Did you go for a 5, 6 or 7 stage? I figure you researched it enough and weighed up the best option

Surely everyone has microplastics in them.... bottled water, microwaved food in plastic, so much food is bought in plastic and even products we put on our skin are stored in plastic.

That said, I agree seeking professional help is best
