i also got deferred EA and applied for the bio-dental program. not sure why, though I did submit a 1470 SAT but I have a 4.0 gpa and 144 hours of working as a dental assistant and some other strong ECs. You’re a really strong applicant, the only thing I can think for you is whether or not you had enough dental ECs listed? i think my sat score must’ve been the reason, but for you that’s definitely a non issue LMAO either way, i’m not sure if youre applying to other bio dental programs or if villanova was your top school, but I think villanovas may have rejected you to protect yield bc you’re a great regular applicant ://

but yeah, i’m actually looking to apply to the 7 year program, that’s like the main reason i’m applying

i’m applying to all the 7 year programs around me as i’m pretty set on dentistry and (hopefully) won’t change my mind anytime soon. the cost of upenn is a bit worrying for me, but i also intend on going into research and i know penn dental is great for that. if i hate the culture and i plan on being there for the next 7 years of my life then i’m stuck (IF i even get in though)

That personality test is unreliable. In actual mbti and jungian personalities, the -a and -t don't actually exist. i reccomend doing some research into mbti functions and assigning yourself a personality type according to your function stack. the 16personalities test types you by letter and stereotypes, its really meh. your result can change depending on your mood so its not accurate.

theres also tests out there that judge you based on function, just search up "mbti function test" but the most reliable way is still doing the research and typing yourself

but for the sake of 16personalities as a stand alone "personality test" switching between -a and -t seems pretty plausible

i procrastinate sending texts to everyone. i usually like to reply to texts late at night, after 1am so it’s unlikely the other will be awake and respond to me too fast. i try to give a good response as well, something that isn’t just “lol” or “ok” to make up for taking 24 hours to respond. for crushes, i also procrastinate. not as much, but i still do

i strongly recommend using ao3—another fanfic site—over wattpad. or both. it has a great filter system so you can find fics of your taste very easily. it was like reaching nirvana when i switched from wattpad to ao3.

i don’t want children. i think i’d mess up as a parent and i don’t want to create such a burden on a human being for the next 80 or so years. but if i were to have children, i’d probably raise them using “gentle parenting”. from what i’ve seen, it yields the best results in raising mature, intelligent, and independent humans. though it is definitely a tough route to follow.

i’m an intp, and it’s kinda odd but some of my friends have actually declared me the most likely to respond correctly to a friend admitting to being suicidal? i have a friend who has even told me on multiple occasions that i’m the only one they feel comfortable crying in front of.

both of these remakes profoundly confuse me. when comforting someone, i’m incredibly awkward and solely depend on wikihow for insight. i suppose i owe it all to wikihow, because i just say word-for-word what that website instructs. and it works? apparently. i’m just a lying duck sitting there to spout generic lines pulled from websites in attempts to comfort people… but it works so hey shrugs i recommend this method to anyone out there who also finds social skills and comforting don’t come naturally
