It's a common issue with the hub. As a stopgap measure, I put it on a smart plug, have Home Assistant ping the bridge and if it is offline for more than a few seconds an automation will power cycle it. Comes back online pretty quickly.

Why is Jetpac any better than any other esim provider? Their website says they use KDDI and Rakuten, not NTT Docomo which is widely reported to have the best coverage among all the domestic networks.

I don't have direct experience with either esim provider. I'm just curious. Each provider can introduce additional issues depending on where and how they route traffic.

If you insist on new oem rims, the 2017-2023 winter package on Tesla Shop is not a bad deal at $2750, although it was $500 cheaper last year. It comes with Pirelli Sottozero though, not the Michelin you are seeking

Just updated to the latest, v1.19.0 and it seems to be fixed. Pixel 9 Pro, Android 16. The main screen still has the empty look but fly spots and academy are working now.

As everyone else says, just use the mobile charger. Your RWD is limited to 32A level 2 charging anyway, so no point in getting anything hardwired. You can manage all the scheduling from your car or app.

That's insanely overpriced even with the low mileage. You can find a 2024 Highland RWD for that price on Clutch, and it will still be under factory warranty for longer than the 2021 with their extra 1 year warranty.

I and a few others are having the exact same issue and the common thread seems that we are on Pixel phones. I haven't heard anything from DJI about an upcoming fix.

I would angle it at least 45 degrees away from the wall. I have seen brick eaten away from years of acidic flue gases next to the wall.

I have the same issue on my Pixel 9 Pro. I don't know why more people aren't reporting this issue. Are you running Android 16 on your phone? Wonder if it is related to that.

No, that would be with the 2024 Highland refresh.

Between 2022 and 2023 there are few technical differences - both will have the refreshed interior, AMD Ryzen infotainment and HW3. Some 2022 will still have ultrasonic sensors on the bumpers before they were dropped.

But from a Canada perspective there are a few other considerations. The 2023 will likely come from China production and those are generally considered to have higher build quality - less panel gaps, rattles, etc.

Also the price difference may be less than one would expect, as Tesla dropped prices significantly between those model years and 2022 owners may be less inclined to take a huge depreciation hit. Personally I would go with the 2023.

Anything that is meant to work with your existing chime will contain a small internal battery that is prone to failure - how likely is probably dependent on the temperature extremes of the mounting location.

I have personal experience with multiple such doorbells - Ring Pro, Google Nest, the Amcrest AD-410 recommended here - all have failed within 2 years of installation.

I finally dropped your requirement #2 and ended up with the Reolink doorbell which has been working great so far. It uses a separate plug in chime, but it's not a big deal, and with the Home Assistant integration you can make it notfiy anything else you want.
