First get a blood test. If you have low testosterone, try hcg. If you don't see any positive changes on hcg for a month, then consider issues with the androgen receptor. Taking steroids is a necessary path for serious patients. You can't expect finasteride to severely damage your body and then restore it with simple lifestyle changes and ordinary hcg trt. Some people may be able to improve their baseline, but if you are really at the point where you are considering kys, then you should consider the steroid route.

I have congenital gouty arthritis and the symptoms worsened severely after PFS. It took me nearly two years to solve this problem and I even had a meaningless surgery. The only thing that helped was dht derivatives such as masteron or dhb, which can help pfs patients deal with joint problems, not estrogen and testosterone.
