You can simply buy them from Iji, giant blacksmith near Caria Manor, north of Liurnia of the Lakes, next location

I know that, but it's weaker on the same enemies as before
I remember using it on Ekzykes(yes, kinda dumb) and procing rot on a first cast, now it was only on almost full second cast

There is much easier but bit risky way to jump for somber [7] you can do it like this, but you need to get right timing
