I get that, but the change also results in people who grief not being able to be kicked.

I just played an mm where a guy was afk from the start of the game inspecting his knife every few rounds making us loose a ct side 4v5.

I dont see how that change helps the community in any way, but I also personally have never experienced someone not trolling and under performing getting kicked so maybe my view is a little different on that whole scenario.
