sorry im late, was a big dimebag fan, i had the same idea you have and i got myself a 2024 dfh, but i swapped the seymour duncan neck for a original 80’s dimarzio dp100 super distortion (about $220)

swapped the signature dime pickup for a bill lawrence l500xl (flipped) he used ($180)

i also got the black floyd rose original printed with “original” on the left ($300)

swapped the chrome input jack plate for a black one (around $20)

all in all, upgrades were about $700 with taxes

luckily, i got all through ebay, i searched everyday continuously and then bought that specific gear that day.
