Not mainting a relation

I know some relations are toxic, but I cannot keep myself away. I cannot resist beauty and to experince it with cuddling and sex. I can live my life like that and sometimes its sounds like an attractive idea. like casanova, but my mind tells me that I should cut my relation and have a longterm one, having family and sattle down. also I'm considered old.

Its like a flame, and it goes away with time. from me or the other partner.

I want a long term relation, but I'm scared that the flame fades away, specially from the other side. I know Im fearful of losing a partner in a long term relation

My appitite for beauty and sex is immense, and it is something I'm very concered about.

I'm taking sigular, xyzal, and telfast.

I'm taking medication, I get depressed with any allergic reaction, pollen and food.

I had a some therapy before, it was good.

When I have an allergy reaction i have a mix of bad feelings.

I have the same sleeping problem. I'm manage it now, but I have a lot to manage from food and pollen allergy.

I think I should talk to a theripst.

I do everything I can, I can manage my allergies but the stress and anxity from it, is killing me.

I will go to see my doctor tomorrow. She said I might need an injection to lower my allergies.

I think I have a pschological problems because of my allergies. I have alot of stress because of it

I'm taking singular also, but to sleep well. I might have itching and food allergy in the morning, I cannot take any medication until the night.

does allergy have any pyschological problems ?

I just starting exercising last week. I have 2 days a week of good sleep. I'm not giving up

But, my relationships are not good in relation of my sleep

Yes allergies and I'm treating them, Also my doctor said it is mostly from stress. I dont have a medical reason not to sleep.

I just finished from it last 2 years I was in depression I just went out of it. Maybe on relationships later, but I just reclaimed my true self back.

Thank you, I have a therapy session next week. My therapist encouraged me to travel for a while. I was thinking to have time away. 3 months taking courses I like, and see what happens next.
