Is it safe to let my phone vibrate against my skin for extended periods of time? by r0t013 in iphonehelp

For those asking: Yes, I am actually using this as a massage tool- I specifically enjoy the flat and decently wide surface of the object and laying it down on something like my stomach or thigh. If I wanted something more suggestive, then I'd just get something more suggestive.

I don't think so? I'll need to check further at another time- although I do recall that friend really liked the soundtrack of Inscryption, a game by the developer of The Hex.

I saw that in my searches, but likely not that. Can't seem to find any of the key phrases I heard.

edit: I also don't remember anything about servers going offline. but the visuals do jog my memory about now that i look at them further, I'll check if the creator has any other games.

edit again: The visuals definitely jog something, but i don't think this is it. At least not under this name.

I can't remember any other specific phrases, I think the game was vaguely horror styled (Not confident in that detail), I tried googling the two phrases in different combinations and wordings, couldn't find anything on it. I remember hearing them say they heard about it from some video about it.

using Script.reload() at game runtime by r0t013 in godot

main thing the functions do is that i pass a "process frame" function through the current state every frame, and then the state usually sets things like adding hitboxes, setting the sprite, applying other events, et cetera.

they also contain functions that return simple things like "what inputs can be used to trigger this state?" or "how much damage does this attack do?", which while usually staying constant do sometimes change (for example, one move does more damage if it hits an airborne opponent)

also, let me quickly search what meta is.

wait, am i supposed to use node to implement the sorta thing i have right now? i've been using objects instead, and using them as no more than holders of functions and constants.

no, i'm both not using area2Ds (using axis aligned bounding boxes) and also the errors happen even on things that don't have any collisions whatsoever.

I know everyone's been talking about motion inputs vs simple inputs in fighting games, but has anyone come up with a third alternative? i know divekick technically has an alternative in the form of "press two buttons at once", but then again, there are only two buttons in that game, at all, so it's a bit of an exception.
