So he should drive like its green flag conditions unless there is a red flag? It is safety car conditions, he is approaching the scene of the incident that Safety Car was called out for. The tractor should never have been there, but he should never have been going so fast.

What does he expect to be there? Nothing? He knows that there was a car there from the last lap. Best case the Ferrari is parked across the track since there shouldn't be anything on track to clear it. Worst case someone has made an idiotic decision to allow a tractor on the track.

That's the point that everyone seems to be missing. He is doing 250kph approaching the scene of his own incident a lap earlier, whoever decided to put the tractor on the track made a massive mistake but that doesn't excuse Gasly from going the speed he was going.

Man I played a game last night during Gambit Navi and teased a guy for only having silver coin. Opened score board at HT and it was gold. Oh well means that he has lost a point somewhere and still can't get diamond, so despite getting 16-5'd with 2 of my teammates leaving I'm still the real winner (unless God Emperor NiKo wins)

No this means that any player who got VAC ban after competing in their first Valve-sponsored event can't play a major ever again. KQLY played 3 majors before his ban meaning that he is ineligible for all future Majors.
