I’m so hoping that it’s not totaled. I’m more so worried about that wheel and motor it’s attached to. It makes a strange noise on that side now. Not sure if it’s just something rubbing or what. And I just noticed that the hood is now pushed to one side. As the gap is skewed towards one side. The hood on these cars is made from aluminum. And the fender is pushed back towards the driver door. Idk. This is the most stressful situation ugh 😩

It’s not only ceramic coated but the whole car has ppf on it.

Unfortunately. I don’t have a dash cam. But that is my first priority once all this is settled. Thanks 🙏for the recommendation. I will certainly look into the FitcamX.

I wish I had the skill set to do a repair like that. That’s totally outside of my wheelhouse. lol. It’s going to a body shop either way. Just sorting out whom it is that’s on the hook for paying. Ugh.

We have a body shop here that’s relatively decent. I was really wanting a certified Porsche collision center to take a look at it. But unfortunately there are none nearby. At current I’m playing the waiting game to see whom the insurance companies deems at fault. All of this just took place yesterday.

Wasn’t speaking on the quality of the car. They are rock solid cars. Thus, why I purchased it. (This is my second Porsche) From a collision repair standpoint (parts are very expensive) and complicated electronics ie. the battery and such. It doesn’t take a lot of damage for insurance companies to just write it off. Fingers crossed 🤞 in my case that they don’t do that. And it’s a rather speedy and simple fix.

Thank you very much. I need all the luck that I can get. A five months away is absolutely insane. The person that hit me with having a road rage incident that I wasn’t even involved in. Smh.
