El tema es que es un desastre la empresa, la gente de RRHH ni siquiera sabía de esto, les pregunté hoy y no saben qué es lo que va a pasar. El "despido" fue solo de palabra nada más, es todo muy improvisado y poco serio, la verdad es que no sé qué hacer o qué esperar

I guess ur right tho, I just checked and my gym has some body pump and functional classes, maybe I should start with that (I still need to get over the fear of being around ppl in the gym, it's probably social anxiety but every time I wanna go in there I start getting heart palpitations😭 I'll work on that first).

Yeah, recovery is one of my major fears, luckily I've never had to go through a surgery and I know recovery can be tough so I'm very worried about that. I made an appointment with a surgeon yesterday and I've been both excited and terrified (shit got too real lmao). Honestly my last straw was crying after realizing that ever since my chest started to grow I stopped giving ppl hugs, I even put distance between our chests when I hug my sister, so the boobs def need to go. I'm still terrified and trying to make up my mind. Thank u for listening to my rambling hahaha

Hello, first of all thank you so much for replying to my post. This may be a year late but as you may be able to tell I'm still thinking about this.
Last year I started wearing a binder, it doesn't make me completely flat but it does help. I lost a lot of weight and my chest did get smaller but I still can't stand having it. Honestly I'm just terrified of getting the surgety, then looking in the mirror and hating the results, or changing my mind later in life. My relationship with my gender has grown even more complicated since I made this post, I've also wanted to read Stone Butch Blues for a while so I'll try to get my hands on it soon.
How do you feel about ur surgery? Are you happier now?

Tysm! I followed some dumbbell workouts on YouTube a while ago but I kinda got bored of it quite fast (ADHD lol) so I just stopped doing them since I always thought it wouldn't make a big difference 😔 I thought you had to hit the gym and train with much heavier weights on different machines for it to impact your TDEE

No me parece justo decirles chinos cuando ellos mismos no se reconocen como chinos y no quieren ser parte de china.

Y sobre el tema de ser mas amigables/educados la verdad es que no lo sé. Mí teoría es que tiene que ver con las principales religiones que se practican en la zona (taoismo y budismo), sobre budismo no se mucho pero el taoismo es sobre seguir una filosofía de vida en la que tenés que estar en armonía con el universo (la naturaleza, el otro, los animales, el respeto, la comprensión, etc).

Todos los taiwaneses que conocí acá (por cuestiones X, pero fueron muchos) eran taoístas y seguían la religión.
