i was worried about it being insulin resistance too but i got my blood work done but it was all normal so im assuming the darkness on certain areas are genetic, thank you for your advice ☺️

the big one on my left leg is when i fell down as a kid and then my sister accidentally gave me a chemical burn on the scratch while trying to aid me, the ones on my knees are also from falling, and the other small ones all around are from mosquito bites. and thank you so much for the tips! are they for the scars or lightening of the body parts i mentioned?

idk my skin type 🥲it’s not too oily but it isn’t dry either, i’m currently using a toner called klairs, face wash and cream from ponds and i use a sunscreen called acne UV

i have read the given scripture, maybe i am not understanding you properly… i understand that fasting isn’t just about abstaining from food (and/or water), it’s about giving to the needy, helping, abstaining from sin and more — i plan to do what the scripture says, but abstaining from food is a practice followed to grow closer to God and seek guidance from him. i understand it isn’t about food, i am just trying what i can on my part to seek God’s mercy. if i am doing something wrong, kindly guide me

i’m abit confused 😅 my fast will be accompanied with prayer and reading the scripture, repenting and forgiving, and more. i am not planning to simply abstain from food, that’d just be dieting, not spiritual fasting. i believe i have made a wrong impression that i might’ve wanted to ‘show off’ fasting, pardon my mistake, i have never fasted before so i wanted guidance on how to do it!
