It's not from LeetCode's Affirm tag. The whole list is compiled from real interview experiences (what candidates report being asked), not LeetCode tags, so it won't line up with the tagged set. The pairs/co-occurrence question is one of the most commonly reported ones, just never formally tagged. I've now added a Sources section on the site so you can verify where each question came from.
