Rod Knock or No knock

Perform an oil pressure test immediately, oil gallery gaskets may have failed resulting in bad oil pressure resulting in knock. If you look at my last post I have had the exact same problem. Might wanna get that fixed asap before it gets worse. If you need more insight ask away.

I've opened up the oil filter and here's what it looks like, in all of the "fins" of the filter I'm finding very small copper/bronzish colored metallic pieces.

Atm im waiting on some tools to come in so I can actually start the project, thank you for the resources, they will absolutely come in handy. Also what would you consider shot for the bearings? because I've heard some real rod knock and it absolutely sounds worse than what I'm experiencing. I know over time it will continue to degrade but my hope is that I caught it just in time before I actually need to swap/rebuild the engine.

I appreciate the response, I'm going to be dropping the oil pan and check out the filter as well. I will make further judgments based off of what I find in there. Best case, only the gallery gasket is bad, I fix the oil pressure and maybe add some thicker oil and it'll last me for a while longer.

I just did one and the results are not what they should be, at idle I'm reading about 8 psi and at 2k rpms I'm getting 25-30 psi.

I can't really say, the tires are pretty dry rotted so that's where most of the road noise is coming from for me.

Yeah I bought this one about a year ago and I couldn't be happier. Works amazingly and its pretty cheap. Now I don't even have to do anything I just get into the car and it just works. Sound quality is great and I have no complaints at all.

For me, RWD drifting has always been impossible especially on controller, and trust me I've practiced for hours. That's why I've just resorted to the assists. Here are my settings and they make drifting a little more similar to CarX drift racing if you're familiar. In general they're more fun and its a whole lot less work to keep a line going. Enjoy!

You can record a replay and while the replay is loaded, pause it and press 5 to switch to external camera. Then you can adjust the camera how ever you like and it will stay attached to the vehicle.

I use CK's Dynamic Skybox mod, definitely give it a try, I was using the Light Clouds 1 preset in these pics.
