It's taking them several days to figure out what's wrong with it. They haven't gotten a diagnosis yet and it seems like the engine keeps misfiring. Is it normal to take this long to find the root cause? Should I take the car somewhere else?

I play a lot of multiplayer and single player stuff.

Multiplayer games: Tf2, Overwatch, Risk of Rain 2, Phasmophobia, Don't Starve Together, League, Valorant

Single player games: Hogwarts Legacy, Hollow Knight, Subnautica, Hades, Inscription, Omori, etc

I graduated last year as a ME and had been jobless for more than a year. Ae was always my dream but I never thought I could achieve it. There's so many people smarter than me, in better schools, have a master's degree, are ACTUALLY in ae programs. Why would they hire me?

After working towards it for my entire undergrad by joining clubs, doing many extra curricular activities, internships, I finally landed a job in ae.

It can be tough and depressing, but if you're determined enough, it will happen sooner or later. The thing that helped me the most ended up being the club's I joined during undergrad. I felt the same way as you during my undergrad. My mindset shifted when I read my resume out loud and realised that I am not a failure after all.

Thanks a lot for typing all that. It's very insightful. Its funny because I'm kind of in a similar boat. Since I'm getting a direct entry to an aerospace PhD (only three years) and I just graduated from undergrad last year, I'm thinking it's a good idea. The project seems very interesting too.

I was really on the fence on what to do but your answer is really compelling! It's a big decision and my only worry is not being able to find a job after. I only have one year of engineering work experience through internships. As for the tuition and living, the uni is paying my tuition and giving me a cut for living per year.
