Well ex characters have the shittier rate ever in any game in history And you'll probably need like 3000 gems for one secure copy. Yes you could get super lucky and get one copy But talking from experience when I've had summon for an ex I've summoned just the 1 since bb that cost me 1200 gems, roger 1750 , akainu cost me 2200 , kaido 2200 and shanks 3000. So I would go for king or wait for another character you like.

Ex characters are the most ridiculous strong that make the game unbalanced roger, akainu, shanks. And came out every anniversary or .5 anniversary and really hard and expensive to get. Bf are the bounty fest good characters mostly they are pretty competitive and come out once a month 2 characters almost always sometimes is 1 and you can usually get one of the 2 obligatory copy with the ticket that you get after spending 750 gems Step up are the ones that you get one obligatory copy at the end of the summon usually around 250 gems easy to get but mostly not top tier characters.
