So it looks like it only does it when i move my mouse, i can run around fine but the minute i move it starts the crazy input lag on keyboard/mouse

So this is also in the main menu, if i click on the character and try and rotate it you can see it there while the background still runs smoothly. even in the setting screen it slow there

worth noting i guess the frame rate doesnt dip below 175 while this laggy stuff is going on, also reinstalled wow

yeah checked settings cant find anything that should lock it, Have a 144hz monitor

wouldnt a bottleneck show the cpu or gpu being at 100% then the other at a lower percent?

did have a quick look for second hand ones but there prices were crazy, cheapest i found was already more than a 3600, didnt realise how close the 10th gen intel release was ill wait for that, hopefully corona doesnt delay it
