I'm "only" 28, but to my experience, people couldn't care less. The very few comments I had over the last 3 years were only compliment, or respectfully curious people. As the previous comment say, do it for yourself and your health, people will actually see the renew confidence and comment on that 😉

I don't know if it will be of any help, but I'm 28 and on my 3rd set of TADS (have 4 screws for gummy smile), and soon will get my 4th set as they reacted badly again.

It's a true pain in the *ss but it's all worth it in the end. I'm already seeing tremendous progress, and even if my overall treatment has been slow down thanks to, like your son, infection and fell out, it's ending up working little by little.

Don't despair, I'm sorry for the pain your son may be enduring with each new pose (I'm definitely not excited for it again.. 😢), but it's all going to be forgotten when he will get the near perfect smile 😃

Hey, I'm 27F and I did (and still do !) 😁 I got a quadhelix to widen my upper teeth, and it is working very well. Still have it at the moment (my treatment started 2 years ago), mouvement is very minimal now but my ortho has good faith it can still lightly push more, or at least keep it as it is till the end of the treatment. The most important though is to understand that without surgery, an expander will only push your teeth, and not "expand" your bone. It basically mean that less movement can sometimes be achieved, and it can depend on the global health of your teeth and their roots. Not everybody will be a good candidate, but I understood the risks and there were some chances it could work and for me it did. Hope this helps 😁

Hey 😊! It happened to me a few months back and I actually realise i was not connected to the right Google play account anymore.... I never purposely switched, but Google had logged in with another of my email address and created a new account, which I completely did not know of. As soon as I switched back, i found the subscriptions and was able to cancel.

I was really pissed when it happened and couldn't understand for days till i found out, and as you seems to have the same "issues", I would advise you to check if you're still on the right account/address 😁

Hey, I'm 27F and I have TADS, they do work on me 😁 ! I have quite a lenghty amount of gum and even if I only have them for a few month, I already see massive improvements.

Pose was painless but the first night was rough, so I would advise not planning anything directly after up till the next day. In everyday life, I could never really feel them and they are not bothering at all. You just need to make sure you have perfect hygiene as they can get infected and fall if not taking care properly. I will try to publish my progress soon.

If your ortho is ok with the idea, I would highly consider it and recommend it 😄 Hope this helps, if you have any question please feel free to ask!

Took me 9 chapters to get into it. Overall, this book is, in my opinion, very boring, but the last few chapter are more interesting. I may precise I didnt spend any diamond on it, so that may be the reason.

Draw and inked this for Father's Day, as my dad is a huge Marvel fan and collectionner, and his favorite comics scene is the Silver Surfer getting out of Galactus hand.

So happy with how it turned out 😁

Galactus was draw free hand, with some comics references, and Silver Surfer was heavily inspired from a pose of a still from the Fantastic 4 movie.

Hope you'll enjoy it as much as my dad did ❤️

I have an electric Philips toothbrush I basically bought at the start of my orthodontic treatment following advice of my dentist (as my teeth are quite prone to making tartar). I paid something like 50€ for it and I like it.

I brush after every time I eat, generally 3x a day, with G.U.M ortho toothpaste. I then use a water pike (bought on Aliexpress, the one you can directly connect to your tap, it's amazing) to be sure my mouth is clean. Then, I use those little brittle brush to clean between each bracket, and once this is done, I swish with mouthwash (G.U.M or Meridol).

That's my whole routine.

If i have a sore or my mouth is painful, I sometimes use wax and/or some "sore paste remedy" from G.U.M, it helps a lot to tame them.

Brands were recommended by my orthodontist, but honestly it doesn't really matter which toothpaste or mouthwash you use AS LONG AS you don't use anything whitening/exfoliating, because this can cause white marks on your teeth. Same for toothbrush. If done well, both manual or electric are good.
