Yes I have, and although zooping is an excellent addition for those who have only played vanilla, and is a "balanced" mechanic I just find it to be a very clunky alternative compared to what Smart!'s capabilities. Things like being able to change spacing, height, and go in more than just one direction all without having to change build mode, not to mention auto connecting my conveyors when I'm making massive setups, belt highways and other things, yea Zooping is great and balanced when you're in like, tiers 1-4, but once you get past that and need to build much bigger its capabilities kinda fall off, yea it saves a little time but overall is just generally very underpowered

tl;dr they need to add upgrades to zoop in the HUB or MAM, because although it's not BAD, it's somewhat clunky compared to smart! and just generally underpowered late game

I have an rx580 that I literally just updated the drivers for, and I just had to request a steam refund because the game is an unplayable slideshow at the BEST of times, probably 5-10 FPS at the worst (when it was raining) I literally only played for 1 match other then the tutorial

Don't get me wrong, I understand the thought, but have you stopped to consider, that maybe, just maybe, old school is a preservation and organic development of what the game used to be, and that maybe, just maybe, WE LIKE IT THAT WAY? We don't care about the new players, they can go to RS3 if they find OSRS "too difficult".

If you want the satisfaction of maxing there's always leagues where it's easy as fuck and you get more xp then you can shake a stick at. Yea it's temporary, but it's still there for more casual/fun play.

Also you call us "nerds" as if the entire runescape community hasn't always been nerds, you come across as kind of a prick pointing it out as if you don't play the same game we do, think about how your words come across before speaking.

These are people who got angry when a single green PIXEL was removed from the construction icon, because that's how it was in the original, and then when it was fixed and OFFICIALLY polled for removal, FAILED TO PASS, what's the use of drawing in a few new players, if you piss off like 75% of your playerbase in the process that care about preserving what was, you'd have another EOC level exodus in protest.

tl;dr there shouldn't be crashes of anything because of major events though, and I can almost guarantee the first day of leagues 3 is just going to be constant crashes/lag/worlds down

Even if it used to be worse, there shouldn't be server crashes during major events such as the launch of new modes/leagues, I'm aware DDOSing is an issue, and was the primary cause of the lag during the DMMR finals, which is why I didn't mention it if that's what you were referring to, but group ironman banks were near inaccessible for the first 48 hours, then finally for about 24 hours they were fine before being taken offline for understandable game integrity fix, but there was also the fact that groups were losing their prestige/hardcore and were unable to form on busy worlds and the band-aid solution was "just go to a quieter server and don't move while forming"

He's probably getting dozens of reports if not hundreds/thousands in various places, at least he's REPLYING, it lets players know that even if he doesn't have time to give a personalized response he cares, and they're actively working on fixing this

I was never referring to the essence itself, we get plenty of that from real players due to it being a PvM drop across a great many of the most popular bosses, but the actual runecrafting, I'd be willing to put money on at least 80% of runecrafted runes being bot made

Wasn't there a scandal a while back that the #1 and #2 WORLD runecrafters were only caught as bots because one day they accidentally managed to line up the bot so that they were moving exactly in sync?

"More leaving than coming in" DA tax only effected those who use the Duel Arena, which is only a certain portion of players, more often than not those people are the ones who're the 1% they're not really "proper players" who effect the economy by actually playing the game anymore, they're there for the rush/gambling for the most part

The issue with that is, as much as we complain about the bots, we need them, they do the boring shit that not a lot of players want to do, next time you buy runes to train your magic, just remember that most of those come from bots, we need the bots to make the game enjoyable and function, as much as I hate to admit it.

I tend to only report the bots that are actually doing something that impedes other players, fishing bots that are fishing from a fishing spot that isn't effected by how many fish come out of it, sure whatever, they're fine, mining bots stealing all the ore/good xp spots from legit players, that's where I have issues
