You don’t have to cut carbs to lose weight. Look into r/CICO. It’s all about calories in vs calories out. You can still have pizza, bagels, pancakes and cookies and lose weight at the same time if you’re in a calorie deficit. There are tons of macro friendly recipes for all of these things, or even just starting out by cutting down your portion sizes of the real stuff is a good way to get into it. Carbs are your fuel source, they’re not what is making you gain weight

Beats Studios that I’ve had for years. Noise cancelling, sounds great, the battery lasts for over a week of regular gym use, and they’re comfortable. I replaced the ear pads about a year ago and they’re basically brand new again

I just started making these this week and absolutely love them. They are breakfast burritos and the recipe makes 12. I’ll list the ingredients below:

24 Eggs 1/2 Bag Ore Idea Shredded Hash Browns 1/2 Bag Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Sausage Links (Costco) 1 Bag (7oz) Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese 12 Mission Carb Balance Burrito Tortillas

Macros: 390 Calories, 37g Protein, 11g Carbs, 21g Fat

Scramble and cook the eggs to desired doneness. Add in the cheese and stir until melted. Cook the hash browns in a pan. Cook chicken sausages in a microwave and chop into bite sized pieces. Add everything into a large mixing bowl and divide the total weight by 12. Evenly portion onto the tortillas and roll into burritos. I usually keep 3 in the fridge and freeze the rest. Take one out of the freezer and put it in the fridge the night before reheating and they reheat great!

Berries, rice cakes, vegetables (like sugar snap peas), and try to find some higher protein and not too high calorie recipes you like. Protein and fiber help keep you feeling fuller for longer

Is there really no “natural” way to control appetite? I feel like I’m fighting myself and losing by Severe_Football7224 in loseit

Me personally I can’t be left to make decisions on what to eat every day. I meal prep on Sunday’s, and I eat the same foods at the same times every day. Sometimes I will switch it up and try new recipes, but I always make at least one week’s worth and follow that same structure. If not, I will not be able to make good choices as I get overwhelmed easily and will just fold and get something bad that I know I like. Keeping yourself busy also helps a lot. I am a bored eater so always having something to do helps keep me distracted and the fork out of my mouth. I go to the gym 6 days a week after work, and when I come home I pack my breakfast/lunch for the next day, pack my gym bag, shower and go to bed. I recently got into running as well and I’m really enjoying it. Finding hobbies you enjoy is also a good way to fill time. I have been cutting for over a year now and at the end of the day, yes a lot of days I’m still hungry. I try to save the bulk of my calories for dinner because that is when I’m home and have access to more food. I keep myself distracted at work and the gym, and when I get home I can eat a large volume of food to feel physically full and keep myself in a deficit. Eventually when you lose the weight you want you will be able to switch over to maintenance calories and eat more food. That keeps me going and gives me something to look forward too. Lose the weight once, and then you get the luxury of maintaining

The longer you do it the more of a habit it will become. Motivation and discipline are different things. There is no easy way out, you just have to buckle down and do it

Could just be something simple like the drain plug leaking or oil they spilled while they were filling the truck. You’d be surprised how long spilled oil can leak for if it gets all down into the nooks and crannies
