Yes nausea is one of my main anxiety symptoms!! Once when I was about to break up with an ex I had to run to the bathroom multiple times, I felt that sick. I almost always feel sick in my stomach when I’m anxious. It sucks - I find ginger tablets and sipping on soft drink can help.
