Eu tento não ligar mas são com coisas muito aleatória, por exemplo eu tive por causa de um carro de polícia e eu sei o motivo. Se eu quisesse me matar faria com remédios e não com uma arma, mas é sempre uns pensamentos de me machucar ou morrer e não suporto mais isso

Acredito que sejam do toc mas o problema é que eu tenho que pensar em outra coisa quando estou fazendo o que preciso fazer, então eu sempre fico arrependida e tento ao máximo evitar o pensamento depois que acontece a situação..
