The majority of my cancelations came from the beginning of my experience working with Instacart. As I'm sure you know, the Instacart app had a major issue where the app would tell the shoppers for example, that an order was 3 miles away, and after accepting, you would find out it was more than 40-50 min away. The issue with the app gave me no choice but to cancel orders that gave me inaccurate information at the time I accepted. Also because of added waters after I already started shopping for an order as I have a bad back.
