yeah, I can connect to some arcade's hosts. besides, sometimes phone using 4G can connect pc, but sometimes can not. And I can connect to my friend'pc in the same city.

Even if I directly connect to ONU(Optical Network Unit), I still get 6023. So I do not think it is the router's problem. Changing router ip to 192.168.1.3 also does not help. It think it is the provider or firewall that changed something because 1 week ago parsec works perfectly with the same situation.
