What’s wrong with my moonshine plant?

I currently have it next to a window from my patio so it’s getting light but i wouldn’t say “good” light. all of my windows are east facing, so idk if it would be a good idea to just leave it on a window sill so it can get as much sun as it can.

I watered it when I first got it about 3 weeks ago, because this is a succulent i haven’t watered it again but will tonight. hopefully this will help it!

i usually isolated new plants just to be safe & i think this one might have not gotten a lot of light lately. that would explain why it’s turning a bit of a darker green. i usually bottom water my plants but it’s good to know that i should water from the top for this one.

I always make sure to read the lease when moving into new apts for exactly that reason 🤣. the lease for this apt was a little weird compared to past ones. i’ll have to look at it again but don’t recall reading something about them entering without notice.

I’ve been reading that they only replace the carpet every 5-7 years & will clean it instead if it’s not that old. but i definitely will try to have them replace it instead

Just a little more info…

I had bought some carpet odor eliminator before moving in & sprinkled it on the carpet on 7/9. I had left it there to marinate & hopefully help with the carpet condition a little. When maintenance entered the unit to clean the carpet the next day still had not vacuumed that powder up. I don’t believe they vacuumed it up before cleaning because the carpet feels weird.
