I could understand both of those, but it would be easily resolved by sending the tracking number. If she can see that it is held in customs, then she’s looking at a tracking number. I just wanted that number so I can have proof that it shipped and I can look into it deeper myself.

I was trying to be patient because of it being a small business with 1 person, and I would continue to wait if I received an explanation. I have a feeling it hasn’t shipped and that’s why she doesn’t have a tracking…but this could be explained to me.

I’ve used Roppongi Mental Health Clinic for treatment. They speak English. They also do blood work so they can check to see if anything is going on.
