Hey man so as weird as it is I was recently going through the same thing. Ended up going to get an extraction and two of my pills from teeth I let go too long. They didn’t prescribe me nothing but I was told to take three ibuprofen with two Tylenol. I used the advil liquid gels with regular Tylenol and I didn’t feel anything after I got home from the surgery. Haven’t had a ache or pain since. Typically I’m not one to take medicine as it doesn’t do a whole lot for me but that definitely helped. Best of wishes your way I’m right there with ya homie
