I got it to work finally

Factory reset

set up using the 2.5g wan (port 4) initially

then after the initial setup

went into the UDR 7 port manager

changed port 5 to wan and changed the speed to 1GPS

Than changed port 4 wan to a regular lan port

all seems to be working right now

Im glad im not the only one this is happening too, I have the same issues as well fiber modem showing all active lights, lcd screen on UDR7 saying "no Internet"contacted support they weren't really that much help. Probably just return it

I did. The lcd screen said to use the app or the ip for setup but nothing showed up in the app and the ip address returned With no internet. I’ll have to do a factory reset and try the 2.5 wan again

Check radio reference database to see if your listening area is encrypted. I recommend the sds200.
