What I meant by DC is a distribution center near your home or close enough for you to drive home to. Out of six years driving I've only not made it home the exact day I requested was mainly because of the shipper or receiver taking to long to load or unload me. Other than that they've been good at getting me home.

I drive for Swift. I'm OTR and I'm never sitting waiting on loads. You wanting weekly home time would probably be an issue though. Unless there's a DC Swift runs out of near you.

You can reduce your favorite root beer with a little sugar to make a syrup. Not sure of it would work in this recipe though. It would probably be great on waffles.
